Customized Courses: Previous Work
Created an 8 hour Quality Leadership Course for a major (5000 employees) distributed-network service organization. Content included customer satisfaction, process improvement tools, problem solving skills, team building and communications. Course designed for delivery in 2 or 4 hour segments by client instructors; developed a detailed Facilitator Guide for use by personnel with little prior classroom experience.
Designed an 8 hour Productivity / Process Improvement Training Course and workbook for a major (1000 employees) healthcare insurance provider. Content included supplier / customer relationships, process capability, process reengineering, measurement & goal setting and recognition / incentives. Developed a detailed Facilitator Guide for client's instructor personnel.
Developed a customized 4 hour Quality Focus Course and Workbook for a banking client. Content included 1998 goals & objectives, key customer needs, critical processes, problem solving and process improvement tools. Course delivered to top 300 manager / supervisor personnel at central locations.
Created a special 1-day Problem Solving / Corrective Action Course for an ISO-9001 certified manufacturer of heavy industrial equipment. Delivered course to top 100 managers, engineers and other professionals, stimulating improved problem definition, root cause identification, corrective action and documentation.
