A Process That Works!
We use a simple, three-phased approach to help organizations master the concepts, tools & skills needed for success. Our process delivers better results, in less time, without the risk of disappointing failures!
- Needs Analysis
One-third of most organization's activities are non-productive, creating a huge, hidden "Cost of Waste". This waste includes internal inefficiencies and missed external opportunities. The bottom line? Your organization should be selling more and producing for less. If you haven't tried it, take the CURRENT PERFORMANCE Test and see how you score.
Our practical Needs Analysis will help you identify, quantify and prioritize areas of opportunity. This discovery session takes two days at a typical location and delivers a comprehensive picture of specific problem areas and their financial impacts. Some improvement needs can be addressed immediately.

Example - a distribution company achieved a $75,000 reduction in overtime (annual savings rate) within 60 days of the 2-day Needs Analysis at their location; a 10-times return on the cost of the analysis at no additional operating expense.
- Work Force Training
Once a Needs Analysis is completed, managers and employees can learn to turn "Cost of Waste" problems into progress. Training covers implementation strategy plus key fundamentals, tools and skills. Major topics include problem solving, process improvement, goal setting, teamwork and communications. People identify job-related opportunities and apply what they've learned as part of the training.
Example - during their 2-1/2 day management training seminar, supervisors at a manufactured housing plant developed a new way to attack recurring material waste. Material specifications and assembly procedures were changed in the next 90 days, producing a $200,000 annual reduction in "headerboard scrap". This one project delivered a 15-times return on seminar costs, and paid for the location's entire training & consulting investment.
